I took a my 2024 grand Highlander in for an airbag recall. I was told they had to take the whole inside top out and it would take all day. The whole roof of my car is filthy. I can see dirty finger prints and grease markings all over the roof, the moon roof, and the trim of roof of my car.
My hatchback back is also getting snagged and not lifting properly after this visit.
The back trunk area is also missing the plastic bolt cover in the rear.
I definitely didn’t get my car back in the same shape that it was in. I will be calling Toyota on Monday Morning to discuss this further.
