Dan went above and beyond to get my vehicle fixed and maintenance done that it needed. He took the time to call my warranty department and get my vehicle fixed. Despite having to order the parts he got it all done in record time! He made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. Dan is a man of integrity.

When I called to schedule my appointment for my 25,000 mile maintenance the person that took the appointment asked me if I wanted to do the recall at the time of the appointment. I said yes. The person that made the appointment did not order the required parts for the recall. Triston Whitaker absolutely made it happen through the parts department. If Triston hadn’t stepped in, I would’ve had to come back to Pueblo from Florence. Other than this inconvenience, the appointment went well. The lobby of the dealership is freezing.
