Angelica was very helpful to the extent that she could be. The system is flawed. One; the Toyota app and system do not interact or supply current and or correct information, for example my appointment is not reflected in my app. Two: the extended service contract that I purchased, indicates service through 2029, the “system” showed only halfway through 2027, either it is incorrect/wrong or deliberately deceptive, possibly to charge people for things they have already paid for. Again not the service person’s fault, it is what her screen was showing

I was mostly satisfied. I was just concerned that I literally got the notice that it was done before I even got home which was like not even 10 minutes later. I was just concerned that it seemed unlikely they could really have gone through my car very well in less than five minutes. when I picked up my car, my tires were still low on air pressure (not a huge deal). I just didn’t really know how much they actually looked at my truck. Probably OK now cause my car is fairly new and I didn’t have a ton of concerns, but just seemed extremely fast to really be that thorough.

It seems like the service itself was good, but I don’t understand the point of a 7:30am appointment when my car isn’t even taken back for maintenance until 8:30am, and then it takes 2 1/2 hours to get the service done while multiple other people come and go.

I scheduled an appointment to get my 10000 mile service and get a seatbelt replaced. I ordered the seatbelt and talked to the scheduling person again to make sure it was done in the same appointment. I get to my appt. today and the guy says he won’t be able to do the seatbelt because it’s too late in the day. Supposedly there’s a recall on my vehicle as well, but no record of addressing it on my receipt.

The service that Daniel provided was quick, efficient, and kind. The car just needed an oil change, but we also needed advice on winterizing our car since we just moved from Phoenix,AZ. He made sure that the tires were properly inflated for the temperature changes and the windshield washer fluid was filled.He also took care of our address change ???? Daniel is a wonderful example of what Toyota represents.
