Bianca helped us greatly in managing to find a tail light assembly for our Tundra late on a Friday afternoon after we had incurred an unexpected accident. She was able to get the necessary part and get us scheduled for the following Monday so we could get back on the road towing our trailer back to Oregon. It was a great example of customer focus and working with her mechanics to find a solution for us that would work. well I was sold the car that had two tires that were bad and a broken rim I went in asked him to fix it they said they needed to do their own assessment at first they said it might be the broken ram I said no your mechanic said
it was too bad tires as well and they admitted that the tires were bad and they needed to get a new rim in took longer than expected but I also need an oil change so we need to do it all at once
they finally got together and gave me four brand new tires and a new rim and an oil change
that is customer service
