Triston Whitaker is one of the reasons why I choose to return to Toyota Pueblo for all my car maintenance. His costumer service is exemplary. All of my car concerns and issues where resolved through his care and service. He is great and excellent at his job.

I made the appointment at Pueblo Toyota because I had a recall on my car and needed an oil change as well. Recall appointments can’t be taken care of on the weekends so I sent my stepson with my car and the parts for the recall hadn’t been ordered so I only got the oil change which I could have gotten done in Canon City where I live or in the weekend that works with my work schedule. So now I have to wait for the parts to come in And arrange to get the car there and use time and resources to get this taken care of. I also wasn’t notified directly by the dealership, they told my stepson who called me and I asked to speak with them. Normally I have had good experiences but this was very disappointing.

Excellent service! Extremely courteous and professional customer service. My husband and I were here to visit the Colorado State Fair and get some fishing in. Had an inner fender come loose on my Tundra. I called the service department and was told to bring it in. They fixed it and we were out within an hour! Pueblo Toyota is a 5 Star company!
