Parts were not in stock to comlete job even though I called 2 weeks prior to apt to confirm if parts were in stock. Recall was not addressed .
This was also a return job because last time I was in for same issue I was told "nothings wrong, it's road noise".
Also closing paperwork said nothing about needing to return again once parts are in. Someone is covering there ****.

I sat there for almost 2 hours, and had to ask them if my car was done. It was sitting in the parking lot for 15 minutes. All I had was a tire rotation. My steering wheel was also moved.
