I came in the next morning and they fixed my car in just a couple of hours. I told them I was on a road trip, so that helped me get on the road quicker. I appreciate the timely fix. I was told that if I wait 20 days I can save $288 because of a promotion happening soon. Since he was mentioning it to me, I figured I was able to take advantage of the promotion. I asked if he could do that for me and he said no. WHY MENTION IT THEN? Pretty crappy customer service! I also asked, at the time of dropping off my vehicle, if I can get a military discount. He said absolutely and thanked me for my service. When I went back to pick up my vehicle and pay, I had to remind him of what he said, he then mumbled something about a $50 cap. He ended up taking $40 off what he quoted me which equates to less than 3%. What a joke! If you are going to honor service members by giving them a discount, make it noticeable. $40 off of nearly $1,500 is kind of insulting. This guy needs to keep his mouth shut if he is going to offer all these discounts and incentives and then not deliver. Horrible customer service!

I was very pleased with Bianca and the rest of the service team. A few mishaps but over all good.
Was very upset with the financial aid and not working the issue with the credit union. You should make sure in the future that they get this fixed.
I will also be calling Toyota on this.
