Was told the job would take 3 hours to complete but I was there from 8AM to 2PM. I brought my vehicle there because of the service that I got on previous occasions but the service today was no better today than what I got from other dealers closer to home. I drove 40 miles a little over an hour to sit for 6 hours. If I had known this I would have taken it to the dealer 10 minutes from my house.

Tracey reached out to the service manager and was advised bill was paid late so car not brought back. No one called, nothing. My daughter had to find a ride home from work. Very dissatisfied
