Tried not to honor our warranty, took 2 weeks to finally get it approved with the paperwork showing we clearly had the warranty and charge me for the 100.00 when our paper work states it is waived if it's warranty work and done at your location.

While the Service was outstanding not receiving a hard copy of my Vehicle Inspection report is disappointing. I prefer to keep all documentation related to service of my vehicle for future reference. Please provide paper hard copies for customers who prefer them; my husband did ask for one and was told it was sent to my phone. Having it on a small screen is harder for the older generation to read. Paper is easier and can be filed for future reference. Thank you.
