Could not answer my questions and I was not notified that they were going to deodorize my car they said to pin point an Oder. The issue being I did not bring the car in with the issue if an Oder in my car. My complaint was upon stopping I was getting exhaust thru the vent. The only time I get this happened was when I would come to a stop. So with contacting me first they deodarized my car and I am very sensitive to scents and they cause migraines and nausea. I called them the next and was told they couldn’t do anything about it and it would eventually wear off. I cannot drive my car because of this. Not at all happy with the service I received and probably will never be back and will not recommend your service dept. My problem with the car is still unsolved
