I waited 25 minutes to check in and at the end of the day just showed up because I didn’t receive a response when asking via text if my car was ready. It took another 25 minutes to check out because he didn’t know the status and had to go find out. He apologized both in the morning and the evening but it was irritating.

I had an appt at 8:30 and I arrived a couple of minutes early after receiving several text reminders. I had to wait in line for 30 minutes to get my paperwork because there were 4 customers in line ahead of me. I had a similar experience when picking up as Lawrence had to finish up with another customer and I waited another 20 minutes to finish up
Lawrence is very polite and courteous but you need more service advisors to speed up this process. One of the parts needed to complete my service was not available and I was told I have to come back to get this done. This is all taking too much time as I have to drive down from San Francisco
