Sherry is terrible. I came due to an error message and when researching online it seems unsafe to continue driving. Her response was they were booked out for weeks so “I don’t know what you want me to do”. I told her I didn’t mind having the car there if I could get a loaner. Again she said no loaners and there was nothing she could do. I asked her what I should do, if I should drive home. Her mechanic told her absolutely not to drive on the car and again she offered or provided no solutions. She said you could speak to my manager and simply pointed to his desk, no introduction, didn’t provide him any context to our conversation. She is absolutely terrible

Sherry was very helpful and a credit to your service dept. Would recommend clearer checkin procedure. After parking car, not sure what to do. So walked in the service dept. No one greeted. No clear sign to wait or speak to someone. Was told to wait by someone, but no clear rhyme or reason for who my service advisor would be. Eventually asked Sherry for help and the rest was smooth sailing.

It took 45 minutes to drop my car off with a 10 am appointment on 12/16. The work on the car was completed late 12/24. Not sure if part never ordered or what the delay was or what caused it. Communication was very confusing, mostly text that raised more questions than answers. The whole process from drop off to pick up was frustrating and confusing
