Alicia and Elizabeth were absolutely amazing. Elizabeth should be a general manager and Alicia should be the supervisor. These women got things done. I’ve been trying to get my car fixed at San Bruno Hyundai for three years unfortunately the rental car was not provided and the other management acted like they were doing me a favor when in fact, this was a recall by Hyundai Elizabeth and Alicia made things happen. They cared about the situation. They put it into action and boom. My car looks amazing. I’m waiting on one more approval for a small spot to be painted because it was a factory mistake. They use the wrong paint in Kentucky at the factory and I’m hoping that this gets approved that will be the final icing on my car And my car looks amazing. Thank you to Elizabeth and Alicia. These ladies deserve a raise. They deserve a promotion they deserve recognition.

She was excellent! I wish my tire could have been fixed with only 8,000 miles of wear, but that’s life. I had to come back a second day because the mechanic forget to repair a gear shift part. Alicia was happy to send me home and back using Lyft. The car was even washed. I feel she as well as the dealership went beyond the norm.

No issue with Liz however, not happy overall with Hyundai of San Bruno's analysis of the issue as it has taken 5 months to get to the point where your top tech has seemingly determined what the problem is and has now hopefully ordered the correct part to replace the failed component. Glad Jefte was able to spend the time to figure it out but but this should have been fixed months ago.
