Appreciated her keeping me in the loop exactly (+/- time) how long the service would take, what they found and the solution. Overall, excellent social skills plus knowledge - these all matter when you've come in with a diagnostic intermittent problem, worrying about what is wrong with the car and what the cost is going to be. I felt that my business mattered to her and that she would go to the extra mile to keep it that way. I've been coming to Smart for service for 25 years - Mallory provided the standard of care that keeps me returning.

I didn't really find Ian to be helpful today. It seemed like he didn't really think what I wan, ted made sense, but then didn't engage me in conversation about the costs/benefits or what other options were. Ultimately I feel like I spent more money for the same outcome. I also think I got poor direction when scheduling the appointment. I'm less confident on working with Smart Motors than I was before this experience.
