I pulled up to bay number one so I could observe the technicians working on my vehicle. Right off the bat I saw them use an impact wrench to check the torque on the wheel lug nuts. This is not an industry acceptable method. By doing this, they over torqued every lug nut on the vehicle. They should have used a celebrated torque wrench, which would have been just as efficient.
