I asked for an oil change, tire rotation, and you did just the tire rotation because I was 5000 miles in from my last service appointment, but the sticker on my windshield was 10,000 less than my current mileage, because I was told that at the last service appt they forgot to update the sticker. Frankly the 5000 mile notice is problematic - tell corp to stop that practice. Too, the reason for me to do the oil & tires together is because it wastes my precious time to go and sit for 1.5 hours for have my tires rotated and then do it again for oil.
Finally, when I booked and oil & tire appointment, you do not have the right to decide to not do the oil change without my permission. My time is much more valuable than sit twice because Corp wants to split my service into two different appts.
Nobody like the 5000 notice edict. I have owned five Toyotas in the last twenty years. So, from now and moving forward I must have a 10,000 miles notifying and oil + tire at the same appt. If not, my next car will be something else than Toyota. Call me: ****-****-xxxx
