Justin was amazing. I mistakenly said I’d do a drop off for service, but I was actually going to wait. They were super busy. I couldn’t wait for hours. Justin offered me a last minute loaner vehicle without me even asking. He was efficient and friendly.

If each team member thinks about the details, treats the customers car, like it was their grandmothers car, all the hick ups in service departments wouldn't happen. If each team member actually thinks and is held accountable for their actions things will never get better. Excuses and deflection for poor workmanship, attention to detail, and lack of true process improvements do not improve a thing. In most cases pride and personall attitude get in the way. Look up the Japanese "Kisan process" awesome. The younger generation only thinks about money when it comes to pay. Funny, because then they say personal fulfillment is most important. I have always seen "Grren" solve the problem.

The service was done in a timely matter and everyone I dealt with was nice. However when I returned to my vehicle, the passenger seat was completely laid back as if someone laid down in it and didn’t return the seat in the upright position. Not a huge deal, however it’s a bit frustrating. I just moved here from Iowa and was not super pleased.

Overall, a great experience. Only said no because of the pricing and the fact that this is the first time someone told me I was due for some 100,000 service at 137+ miles. I realize I should be looking at this too, but helpful to have reminders. I was impressed by how people all came together to help me. I’d like to call out great service by Eric Muma, the Director Peter, the gentleman in the express garage who went above and beyond to help me with car seats, and the man who told me the car seat check number when the Director was in a meeting. Overall, great service and team! I also appreciated being able to work while I waited and the frequent updates.
