David and Greg were very helpful. When it was determined my vehicle was going to be under repair for 2-3 days a loaner was offered with no charge. This made a significant impression. Greg was also very helpful in supporting my use of my extended 100000 mile warranty purchased through Smart at time of vehicle purchase. Unfortunately the Smart system does not hold this information. Greg was at my direction able to find warranty info in my glove box. The woman at guest service was very helpful in loaner arrangements. Thank you to all!

My appointment was 1:30. For an oil change and tire rotation, 2 hours is too long. I am lucky I didn’t have to get to work afterwards. I understand if you’re busy and/or short-staffed. Perhaps next time you could send a message to me to reschedule at another time. Other than time wasted, I was pleased, as always, with the employees and the service.
