William was calm, friendly and solidly informative. Just what I've come to expect. I just truly pine for the days where a tire rotation was included in the cost of the oil change, and it cost under $35. Sadly,I may have to go elsewhere; where a simple oil change and rotation won't cause me to seriously have to scrimp on what I could buy of groceries after I left the shop. $100+ dollars is unacceptable nowadays.
