Greg was very nice and responsive. I understand the texting and its efficiency but I would have preferred a phone call to tell me what was wrong with the car and to explain the part that was needed. I used Google instead to understand what was needed based on the texted estimate link. Very satisfied overall, just missing that personal, direct communication.
