Unreliable, misguiding didn’t commit to specific answers especially in regard to cost. Promised a certain cost of around $200 for a certain service, which ended up being twice as expensive. I believe your big company must have more reliable service.

The front window next to where the new side mirror was installed no longer opens. It opened quite well before the service. Frustrating that I must return, get another loaner car, and go through the whole inconvenience again.
