Scott took the time to actually take me out and show me where the last mechanic (elsewhere) had made 3 mistakes that were highly visible. I felt so much better knowing why the temperature light came on-human error! I had a feeling. I appreciated being treated like a human being.

The technician who actually worked on my car left a panel off the back area which I had to put back on. Then, the panel to get to the battery compartment was shoved back and never put back in its place and the hatch wouldn’t close which my car gave an audible signal it wasn’t closed. Scott came out and took care of it since I didn’t have the strength to push it back as I had several things on top of it. I think the technician’s first name was Charles. When and if I bring it back for service, I will choose someone else.

Scott and tech... i'm sorry I can't remember his name but he was very thorough in the video. My first experience at Lewis Toyota, but our Lexus needed to get the oil changed. They were very thorough and I thought did a very nice job. Scott was great when he left a message regarding the vehicle being done and told us exactly everything they did to the vehicle. I would recommend Lewis Toyota.

I had an appointment scheduled for 9:15 am and did not leave until almost noon. I was charged $200 for dye, and informed that I need a new air compressor. On my statement it said that they also inspected my floor mats which require immediate attention, this was not discussed with me and I still am not sure why they need attention. I was extremely disappointed in the service. I would have went somewhere else had I known it was going to take 3 hours and $200 to find an air leak.
