i’ll be going to toyota in lawrence for maintenance from here on out. i’m tired of the issues i bring up not being looked at, or dismissed. i have come in several times and my issues still aren’t fixed, yall show no record of these visits when we have the paperwork to show we came. we were told we’d be called when certain parts for my car would come in and we would come in AGAIN. never got a call or any kind of follow up and my brand new car still has issues. please don’t call for feedback.

Had appointment at 9:45 to fix the tire finally around 12 o’clock they had it done went out to my car noticed my glove box was goofed up. I had it lock because I had important papers in it right before I went in there somebody tried to open it and evidently pull too hard with it being locked then I guess they unlocked it. I ain’t sure what they did besides knock off the cylinder. I thought it was broke took it back in there. I put a cylinder on it. I guess now when you pay $37000 for a vehicle and take it in for fix it takes over two hours then it comes back to you with a goof up box

My appointment for an oil change was at 2:45pm. No one noticed me drove up so I had to go to the service office to check in. But that was fine. I’ve had to do that before. Then I sat in the waiting room for 90 minutes! I went to check on the progress of my car. They hadn’t even started servicing it yet. I had an another appointment that afternoon. They hurried and changed my car’s oil and I was 15 late to my other appointment. It is totally unacceptable to wait 2 hours for an oil change that I had an appointment for!
