Took my car to the service area but they were inundated with vehicles so asked for my keys back, because I did not want to wait forever to diagnose and repair my vehicle. Both areas of the waiting rooms were full. Therefore I never had any work done to my vehicle, but got a text saying my car is ready and this survey. It just seems as if they are always busy, either due to numerous vehicle repairs at one time or the work flow process needs to be reevaluated to eliminate such a back up.
Once upon a time, it was never like that.
