The vehicle inspection says "Requires Immediate Attention" in red, making it sound like an urgent repair is needed. When I asked the advisor, he said nothing urgent just regular maintenance, which isn't due due another 7,000 miles. If I hadn't asked, I might have done $3,000 in Maintenance early thinking it was urgently needed.

I bought a car from Bob Smith 3 months ago that resulted in $7,000 in repairs. I’m a mother of two small children that needed a good car. Luckily I bought the extended warranty and some repairs were covered. Then I rented a car and was almost run off the road by a crazy driver which resulted in me stranded with a flat tire. Then I was charged for the tire and rim. I was almost hit by this driver and I had to pay a fee. Luckily I was safe and the car intact. Obviously there is no help when I woman is in need. Why would you sell me a car with such an expensive repair. Luckily Ara was awesome and made me feel better. He is a great person and helped in a very stressful time. I’m still shaking from the person that almost hit me. And, now upset I bought the wrong car. I wish I could have bought a new Rav 4 but I couldn’t justify the larger payments being a mother of two small children. So long story short Ara Zargarian did an excellent job. Treat him well give him the respect he deserves. I would have lost my mind if it wasn’t for him.
