As always Patrick made the visit seamless! I don’t own a Toyota but the family I work for does so I’m always bringing in their cars in to get serviced and fixed. When I have to deal with my Ford, I hate going to the Ford dealership because it usually takes so long. But when I have to bring their cars to Bob Smith Toyota, I’m a happy camper. Not to mention Patrick always finds a way to help me manage the situation quickly and easily.
