After the work was complete, I received a report saying my multi point inspection results were ready to review. What would have made this text even better is if it had told me my car was/wasn’t ready for pickup. About 15 min later I received a text from Jonathan saying it was time. Personally, I think it would be better to combine those texts into one, even if there’s a few minutes of delay while Jonathan verifies everything.
