Yes, the person that was supposed to help me was not there. Someone else came in in his spot. That person was very helpful. Very kind and very friendly. But I had to go up to the front to ask. How long was my car going to take? I only went in for the oil change. I was there from 7:00 until 9:00 something I know the mechanics come in a little later. I understand that but when my car was ready the person that was supposed to have taken care of me came in put the papers in. Did not introduce himself to me and just walked out when I told the person when she called me out to say your car is ready. I went up and she said did he talk to you to let you know how everything went? I said no he didn't. He gave you the papers and he walked out. Didn't even try to ask if I was here or not. This was the worst service I've had and I've been here for many many years. I will come back but I do not want this advisor to help me at all

Not very happy with the experience today. Everything went well until I went to pick up my truck. I noticed a scratch on my door that went all the way down to metal. My advisor questioned my inquiry into the scratch which to be honest I understand. After reviewing the video of my truck entering they saw the scratch wasn’t there previously. My whole issue with my interaction today was they had to bring in the service manager to look at the situation and he looked at the door, walked with the advisor and then at one point walked by me and said how are you doing. At no point did he apologize to me or say anything of remorse about what had happened. That just came off as very weird to me and seriously put a bad taste in my mouth. I have been contemplating purchasing another car from Bob Smith Toyota and at this point, I don’t know that that will happen and I don’t know that I will ever bring my vehicle back to be serviced by you again. Waiting to hear back as to when I will be able to have this repaired. I appreciate the fact that they will be giving me a loaner vehicle during the time that it will be repaired, but this is very inconvenient.
