Bob Smith Toyota Auto Repair Service

The service representative was extraordinary really shady I told him exactly what was wrong with oil pan and insisted that I still have to quote and quote diagnose it and that cost me a hundred sixty-five bucks to tell me that I had a oil leak from exactly where I told him the oil leak was at so then they want to charge me $365 to replace that it was a total scam and the guy was unresponsive even though I told him I didn't want to go ahead and have an oil change at all well It was too late and I was just like whatever man like it it's fine you could just do it because I was I had enough of this nonsense to be honest especially when the guy said they had to have a an inspection even though I was offered a free multi-point inspection and that multi-point inspection was supposed to tell me exactly what was wrong with it so you guys charge me for something that was free. Then when I come to pick up the car the service advisor was disinterested in even going through and tell me exactly what else they found in the multi-point inspection and I ended up just being like whatever man I'm I'm late supposed to be somewhere and this guy was just didnt give damn so I just was like whatever man let me just get the hell out of here I am very disappointed your service is the first time i had bad service I'll probably end up just going elsewhere from here on out. Oh please dont the rep contact me. Only a gm dont waste my time.

Did'nt do the job right in the ageement I ask for re do the job but unfortunately they don't want to continue the rental car to use it manager said their paying $30 a day which don't like to hear no alternative after and I decide not to do it a painting job. I'm paying for a 6 yrs contract but the job not well done the last time I have a toyota tacoma I hearing a bussing sound from the propeller to the differential they said replace the whole differential for more than $4 thousand which can not afford i bring it to outside mechanic i decided to do the cross joint to repair and I still hear a sound then mechanic found the wheel bearing is broken after change don't hear anything sound underneath the truck that why I apply a reimburstment last time which it's not approved.
