customer. When I walked through and saw the waiting area people were there reading or watching TV. The atmosphere was light and welcoming. Even the gentleman who put plastic on the car seat was nice, welcoming, courteous and had a great smile. I like this place and I’m thankful I sold my 22 Mirai and have a 21 RAV4 Prime that I can take for service here. And Hank knew off the top of his head when my next major service would be.
