Wait time was too long
I was the 2nd vehicle to be attended when service department open at 7 am. I waited 1 hour and a half. Received a text stating that my vehicle was done. Waited 20 minutes without the receptionist calling me. I had to go to her and asked the status of my vehicle. She told me to ask my representative. When I told her I had received the message she checked. No apology no update on the results of my vehicle.
Was not happy with the service and will reconsider taking my vehicle again in the morning

I appreciated how Ara took care of me. He answered all of my questions and helped make sure I could get out of there in time to pick up my daughter. Other members of the service team there have been condescending and dismissive in the past, but that was not my experience this time. Thank you!
