You guys were great. Although we live in Pendleton, we feel it is worth the trip to Walla Walla to have our Pilot serviced by you. We anticipate replacing our Pilot soon with a 2026 Passport. Hopefully you’ll have one for us to purchase in the near future.

Megan was rude and I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment. When I saw my car still was sitting 15 minutes after my appointment I was going to reschedule. She was rude about me being early and that it was my problem that they were short handed. When I checked again to see if my car was on the lift, she asked rudely; “what are you looking at?” I stated that I was checking on my car and again that I was frustrated that it was taken back 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. She said; “that’s what happens when we are short a tech!” She told me it would be done by 5pm. It was completed after 5pm. Jimmy rung me up and asked what I had done and stated that I was being over charged for my oil change. It was a $35 over charge. I will not deal with Megan again because I will take my business elsewhere if she is there.
