All in Service Dept have been so helpful. Issue of the roof racks not resolved yet; if that was the reason for water and air getting thru the door seal, I will most likely return them for refund. They were purchased as add'l accessory when I purchased the 2024 Honda HRV in July.

Cheryl is an amazing employee. She works very hard. In another note, I have worked with many vehicle companies, including GMC, Toyota, Denny, manhole, and Rimrock auto and have never had the experience. I am having with the Honda service department. I This is my first time owning a Honda as I’ve heard they are such an amazing vehicle, but I have had several issues and disappointing experiences in the service department. I don’t know if I got a lemon for a vehicle or what, but I am fearful of when the warranty wears out and I am feeling like I need to trade off a vehicle that I haven’t even had for a full year.

It took 1 hour and 40 minutes for one key. I was quoted $95 on the phone but that did not include over $80 in labor. The people were perfectly friendly, but did not tell me there was a problem until I went to ask why it was taking so long.

Cheryl was down to earth and personable. I was early for my appointment and the service staff were busy helping other customers. She apologized (sincerely) about the wait. I wasn’t bothered at all with the minute wait because i could see they were busy. Her actions said that she even tho she was busy, she was aware of her customers.
