The whole experience was amazing. Marquis was great. Courtesy Transportation with Don to and from my home was fantastic. Don is an amazing asset to Underinner! Checking out with Scott was also great. Took the time to explain the invoice clearly, and even escorted me out to my car. Overall a super experience. Great team!

After servicing of our 2009 Honda Fit on Wednesday,10/8, the windshield wiper fluid reservoir cap was off and had fallen down into the engine.
After a search with a flashlight my wife was able to retrieve it with her small hands. Also, the side straps to the air filter cover were not fastened. An accurate service report from previous servicings at Underriner was not available. I was told I needed a cooling system flush and drive belt replacement when my previous receipts from you show this work was done 24,000 miles ago. Likewise, I was told I needed a transmission flush which I had done. When I looked at old receipts from you when I got home I see that was done 24,000 miles ago and servicing was not yet necessary! Then, the day(10/9) after servicing I received a mailing offering significant discounts/coupons on oil changes and any service. I was not offered any of these specials although the service dept must have been aware of them on the 8th. Disappointed in many respects. Since moving to Red Lodge we have been loyal Underriner Service Dept customers for our 2009 Fit, but we are not pleased with what occurred this week. Scott H

I was told the “differential” ? should be done & quoted a price of $100 plus. It was explained that this was “maintenance “ done at 15,000 mi and 30,000. My Honda service pass was still in effect . Apparently has ended now after 24 months. This was not from “wear and ”. I only have 18,000 miles on car. Don’t understand why it was not covered .
