Besides having my tires rotated, I purchased three oil filters which were in my vehicle in a plastic bag when I went to leave. For the past few years, I have tried to avoid using plastic bags to reduce the amount of plastic pollution in the world. I would have preferred no bag at all, a paper bag, or to have been asked if I need a bag. I realize that I’m an outlier on this, but I hope to see the “no bag” option become normalized. Asking if I “need” a bag or if I’m ok with mo bag would help this along. Otherwise, my experience at Kari has been great!

My vehicle was sounding a bit weird when I started it up. I should have said something then. Drove it all the way home which is 20 miles with no oil cap on. Here I thought it was an exhaust issue and was going to call in the morning. Once I got home the hood was smoking and I realized what was wrong. Anyway, found the cap by the radiator and the whole engine is full of oil. Trying to figure out how to get it back up there tomorrow.
