There were many positives: friendly staff, shuttle, comfortable waiting area and clean bathrooms. I have a couple concerns. One is the fact that three engines light came on after I was 80 miles from Superior. I called and was reassured that as long as the lights aren’t flashing, it is safe to drive to a service station. I’ll do that today. Also, I am waiting for the inspection sheet and estimate. I would like to have that information when I go get the lights checked out. I was under the impression I would be getting them via text yesterday but still have not received them. Hope they come this morning, or I will need to call. Lastly, scheduling having to be so far out due to staffing is a concern. I would like to get some the the recommendation done soon. All that being said, I like being my car to Kari Toyota and plan continuing to use them as part of my car care team.
