We have to have the AWD done, but we feel it’s well worth the cost.

But I would give him a 10 out of 10 for his professionalism.. I drive 110 one way because of your service team there.. but if toyota can't keep there trucks running on thr road i will be buying a different brand.. And your sales team across the street low bald me so bad on a trade in it was a slap in the face..
