Measurements of my brake lining didn’t make! Ask the Asst Service Mgr.
I will also tell that after my engine replacement, and a 2000 mile drive to Seattle, I had to tank the truck in because the tail pipe and muffler were not bolted together! I called Kari Service and informed them. The response was less than gratifying! I had to drive over 100 mile to Michael’s Toyota in Bellview WA. At least Kari could have done was acknowledge the error or provided me a free oil change. You made a statement to me the kind of Service Dept I do not want to patronize!
