I had an appointment set for 1 pm. I arrived 15 min early to be courteous. My vehicle wasn’t started until almost 2 pm. I finally got my paperwork done and was headed home at 4:45pm. As much as I like your service and hospitality, sitting in your seating area for four hours just for an oil change and tires was a long time. I understand you have a staffing situation going on, but a call to come in a little later would have been appreciated. Good luck with your new building and finding new staff.
