Jessica always has a smile and is extremely diligent with communication, making sure I have any and all questions answered. I rec’d regular updates with an apology wife any delay. She is a pleasure to work with and a perfect frontline staff. Your waiting room is one of the best with comfortable seating and table options, a stocked coffee/snack area, air conditioning, Wi-Fi access, and even the offer of device chargers if needed.
