Sam was great, but the car has the same suspension related rattling, perhaps a bit worse, after picking it up. Lower control arm bushings were replaced under warranty but clearly there’s another issue. It was there for several days so not sure how it was missed. Did the tech even drive the car before finishing?

Execellent service- everyone was super friendly. I was there for close to 2 hours when told it would take about an hour, but my car got inspected, had the 25k mile service, and an order was put in for a new rear wiper. Sam even printed out a new registration for me when I realized that the only one in my car was expired- which was really nice. I’m always pleased with my experience at the service station!

Sam Stephans was wonderful! he was completely professional and did a good job for me. All of your technicians did a good job for me. Everybody at Alderman’s Toyota and Rutland did a good job for me. I had a horrible experience because Toyota makes it necessary to do a stupid four-point free analysis that took an hour before they even got to my car. I may not go to the Toyota dealer anymore for my service because while the staff there is great, Toyota’s desire to pluck the most money from me makes my life miserable.
