On-time professional service. Quick turnaround on oil change and tire rotation.
a big negative is that Toyota won’t change the dashboard “Maintenance “ notification to recognize a longer service update for synthetic oil (7500 miles) from 5000 miles . This means I have to drive around for at least 2500 miles with an annoying maintenance reminder staring me in the face. I understand it’s a policy targeted to get me to bring the vehicle in more often but it’s not going to work, just annoy me.

Derek was very helpful and personable. My concern is that my file information was all listed under my son‘s name and he never had anything to do with my vehicle. I think there’s something seriously wrong with your database. I also feel that when I come in for service, this has happened before, That whoever is waiting on me should already know that I had an extended service agreement.
