Lisa was wonderful, as always. The service was performed by Josh, and was done in a timely manner and correctly. The service experience could not have been better.

Had an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation at 8 AM.
1 hour and 45 minutes in, at 9:45 AM I had to approach the desk to myself to find out that my car still wasn’t done. Only then did Lisa tell me my lug nuts were rusted and they had trouble removing them. I was told they were working on finding a solution. But it took another 20-25 minutes for Lisa to find out what that solution was.
If you need to let people wait because you run into a problem - you need to communicate that!
Honestly, if you’d just informed me and kept me updated on progress, I wouldn’t have been so upset. I drove out after 11 AM.
Pretty much ruined my day. Who has time for a three hour oil change?!
