Came in to have my door handles replaced
Told parts not in but would order them. Four days later no call or communication that the parts were in. I had to call to find this out. Then went to three different extensions to finally make an appointment 9 days from now. Was told it was a 40 minute job, but no openings until the 14th or 15th. Unsure why this appointment could not have been made 6 days ago
