I don’t need to be contacted. I just was a little surprised that I wasn’t asked in advance about paying for the one hour diagnostic(?) time. Every other time I have taken my car in for service, I have been informed of charges and a chance to approve or decline.

Well I had all my rotors and breaks replaced which was really expensive. Now my breaks are making a loud squealing sound so I had to come back for another look at them. They couldn't find anything wrong because it only does it when they are cold or wet and you first start moving. Now they want me to come a third time and leave my car for a day. That's really hard for me to take the time to come three times and also try and find a ride an hour away. So now I'm stressed every time I hear them squealing and don't understand why with only 40,000 miles this is happening. I'm worried that leaving it a third time they still won't know and don't want to waist more time.

Derek has been a great tech. Love dealing with him. But on the whole; in the last year I have had my oil plug left loose leaking oil, and now a shipping issue with a wiring harness. Over the last 8 months I have been told the part was on back order (at least 3-4 times) and that I would be notified the day it came in. Apparently it arrived, sat on a shelf for months, and then was sent back because they weren’t sure what it was for? This part affects my daily operation of the vehicle in big way and I find this lapse in organization to be very concerning.

There wasn’t any one who could bring me my car or pick me up to come get it when it was done. Someone was supposed to to check on it and let me know if they could do it, no one got back to me. Unfortunately i was late to a meeting for work because I couldn’t get my car when it was done. I had to wait for a friend to bring me in at a later time.
