Todd went above and beyond. I purchased an additional warranty outside of Toyota corporation. It was "supposed to cover regular maintenance. He spent around a half hour on hold waiting for an agent from thos company to speak with him. Come to find out, the warranty i purchased only allowed for 1 years worth of regular maintenanc. My policy apparently had expired for that portion. It was extremely busy this morning, but he worked with me. He has always been very personable and always seems to know me and my car. Very good person to have dealings with.

Derek was so helpful, punctual, and kind during the interaction of receiving the car and then delivering the car after service. I went to Toyota in Burlington last time for my 15k Toyota care service and was very unhappy after the service I received and was pleasantly surprised and pleased after visiting Rutlands Toyota dealer today, thanks to Derek’s great customer service skills and making sure everything was OK!
