Sam Stephans was wonderful! he was completely professional and did a good job for me. All of your technicians did a good job for me. Everybody at Alderman’s Toyota and Rutland did a good job for me. I had a horrible experience because Toyota makes it necessary to do a stupid four-point free analysis that took an hour before they even got to my car. I may not go to the Toyota dealer anymore for my service because while the staff there is great, Toyota’s desire to pluck the most money from me makes my life miserable.

Specific requests were made, one of them simply noting tires to be bagged, estimated services time were later than projected from service advisor, coupon discount ask discussed on entry check-in not noted at check on receipt so needed to remind service l advisor to adjust bill.
