Making the client walking back-and-forth between the waiting area and the service techs is not OK. Better customer service would be having the service techs Come and find us and talk with us and visit with us in the waiting area. It feels like we’re just making it easier on the service techs to do their job

I bought my car from Key Lexus in California and they told us we have 3 change oil fee under warranty but the lady in Vegas dealer told me only one time oil change free.

I’m hopeful this time does the trick. I’ve had to bring my car in a few times since December for the same issue, and it still hasn’t felt completely resolved, but maybe this visit will finally fix it.
It’s been over $1,700 so far, and I still think something’s a little off, but I’m staying optimistic.
Javier has been awesome throughout this whole process. He’s always helpful and makes the experience a lot better, and I really appreciate that.

An oil change took 3hrs. Waited that long! Without a loaner car since we only wanted an oil change & not the whole yearly service — 3hrs in the waiting room, just sitting down waiting. Its ridiculous!!! Lexus has the worst service out of all the “luxury” cars in vegas!!! 3hrs of wasted time. Couldve been 1hr.
