All I can say is upon arrival o greeted by a very courteous and professional gentleman who took my vehicle in for service. I also was granted by Mr Vince Carino a soft spoken gentleman to explain tome the required maintenance and given me the estimated cost of the services rendered.My vehicle was done early. I took my car in this morning with an 8 o’clock appointment, to have my tires rotated, which I was told to take about an hour and a half.. and I did not receive my keys till after 2 1/2 hours and then had to wait 10 minutes for them to finish in the car wash. My experiences are usually pretty pleasant, but this was actually very frustrating because I need to go back to work.
