Really happy with Lexus of Las Vegas. What makes it great is my Service Rep. Henry Montoya, he does something a lot of people don’t do, he listens. What a difference it makes.

I appreciated the ease and care taken when I brought my car in for service. When I returned the car I left my phone on the console and the driver came to return it to me. He was so thoughtful and friendly about it. Justin was able to get me a loaner car when they were going to have to keep my car for the weekend. All in all great service

Joel is great and got me in and out quickly. My only complaint was checking in. I guess they had someone from another department helping out and he seemed lost and it was a bit frustrating and took a while to check in.
They made it up to me by getting my car done in a timely manner.

My service representative was Henry. He was absolutely amazing and I have nothing but fantastic things to say about him. I had brought my Lexus in previously for a slow leak in my tire. The previous rep told me there was nothing wrong with it and that I just didn’t put enough air in it. Henry made sure to tell the technician to double check my tire and they did indeed find a very small nail in the tire. I would highly recommend Henry to anyone else that comes into Lexus for service.
