The rental was disgusting there was so trash, grass, wood chips, and dirt on the floor. The seats were actually covered in white stains it looked someone came on the passenger and back seats. I vacuumed and wiped down all the seats, door handles, and the steering wheel and console bc I didn’t trust anything.

The only issue was on the online reservation I selected replacing windshield wipers and it was priced out on the reservation. But, it was not on the final bill. I guess it wasn’t done?

When I called, due to my car barely starting, I told the woman who answered that I was calling them first but could call AAA if Lexus wouldn’t be able to get me in/out quickly. I told her I was headed to CA on business. I was assured it wouldn’t be a problem. I was assigned to Christina, whom I also told my situation. I was very glad my usual advisor, Justin, sawme in the waiting area. I told him what was going on. He went into the system and said “no car wash” because I was in a hurry. What I didn’t learn until sitting with Christina when my battery replacement was done… they did a full inspection (which wasn’t requested or needed). I get my normal service there…I just needed my battery replaced. It was the original battery for Pete’s sake! The service department (other than Justin) appears to workoff a checklist vs listening, and responding to, the customers needs.
Result, I spent over $400 and was 30min late to the business event I was headed to. I will call AAA next time.
